With the current ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic we, at Parkmarks Southern Ltd wanted everyone to know that our thoughts are with everyone who’s been affected by this global outbreak of the virus. We would also like to reassure you that our company is doing everything physically possible to adhere to the UK Government’s advice and recommendations, along with monitoring the situation extremely closely as this can be updated and change on a daily basis. Our top priority is the Health and Safety of all our staff (whether they be in our office or workshops), our suppliers and customers.

With all this guidance in mind, Parkmarks Southern Ltd have taken the following action:

Office Staff –
From Tuesday 24^th March, all our office staff have been working from home.
Computers: Everyone has their office PC/Laptop and have full access to the Parkmarks Southern Ltd Office Network.

During this period of working from home, our office staff are still able to offer:

• Remote consultation and Project updates
• Management of new and current projects
• General enquiries and advice

Installation Teams –
Parkmarks Southern Ltd currently have a skeleton team, who due to their nature of work (i.e. not coming into contact with the general public or other contractors) are still operational. They have all the necessary PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and are strictly following the latest government guidance on social distancing and workplace hygiene practices.

During this period they are still able to offer:

• All types of specialist surfacing and line marking

Our Customers –
Parkmarks Southern Ltd are not meeting any clients on a face to face basis until further notice hence, any meetings will take place via video conferencing (e.g. Skype/Whatsapp technologies) or using our telephony conference system/mobiles.

In Summary –
We are doing everything practically possible to ensure the safety of not only our dedicated staff but also our customers and minimise any disruption during these challenging times. Parkmarks Southern Ltd have the appropriate measures in place and facilities available, thus minimising the impact to our clients.
